It’s always great news when we’ve satisfied a customer with our removal or wildlife inspection services that they feel like leaving us a video review.

Last week we were called out to do a home inspection for wildlife in North York and although it was fortunate that this customer ended up calling us to do a thorough inspection, he did feel the need to express his reservations regarding the money he wasted on another local company that had done a previous inspection for him.

This Comes As No Surprise To Us

The reason we’re not so surprised about what this customer went through is because in the 20+ years we’ve been providing wildlife removal and inspection services to our clients, we have seen it all.

We’ve seen so-called wildlife removal companies come in, look around, and leave with the customers money after doing virtually nothing for the client. We’ve seen 2-way doors being left behind for years; we’ve seen damaged property get left as is and we’ve even found more wildlife living in customer’s homes after other removal companies have said they’ve safely cleared all the animals out.

We’ve even seen damage to homes that have gone unreported. To us this is unacceptable, but rest assured that if you do find yourself intertwined with a company that claims to do wildlife removal and inspection services, that seems a little shady, you can call us and we’ll get the job done right – the first time.
