If you’ve seen a bat flying around inside your home and know without a doubt that they didn’t get in from a window or the front door, you can probably circle your home and find a slew of bat guano piled up somewhere. If you do, simply look up and you’ll most likely see how they are getting in.

Bat Guano (Feces) is Different Than Other Animal Feces

The difference between bat feces and the feces pileup of other animals is that bat guano usually piles up pretty quickly. Within a few days a homeowner can see the signs that bats have entered their home and that it’s time to call a professional for bat control.

Now, the problem this homeowner has, hasn’t gotten to a critical point just yet. I can tell by the amount of guano. There is enough there for a huge concern because bats multiply quickly and if they’re not detected or removed as soon as possible, the problem can and will escalate.
