Unlike the raccoon baby season, skunk babies are usually born in and around the end of spring and start making themselves known to homeowners that they’re living in their attics. Ground dwelling animals such as skunks give birth later in the spring Other animals such as raccoons or squirrels give birth between mid March to mid April.
These babies were removed from two homes; one in Brantford and one in Toronto. We are happy to report the babies are healthy and that the mother skunk is 100% able to get to her babies, and relocate them to her alternate den-site.
