4 week old baby raccoons removed from attic

Raccoons and most wildlife are unpredictable but for the most part we can pretty much predict a few things about them like when they mate, their eating and sleeping habits and when they give birth to their young. I say for the most part because there are anomalies to these predictions and sometimes they change.

When they do change, as a company you have to be able to adapt and ensure that although you’re presented with something new or strange with respect to the wildlife removal and control business, you still perform effectively and ensure the customer’s needs are truly met.

Thankfully, you’ve come to the right site, where wildlife removal and raccoon removal services in general is one of our specialties. We don’t simply trap; and we don’t only install 1-way doors, but we thoroughly investigate and inspect home-owners’ attics, and take the appropriate steps to ensure the wildlife problem is properly dealt with; that means no more recurrences of pest problems guaranteed at 5 years or longer.

If you aren’t careful in whom you choose to take care of your wild animal issues you could end up regretting it. We’ve got hundreds of stories about home owners who’ve wasted their money on fly-by-night removal companies who really don’t know what they were doing.

Here’s one of the most recent stories that sticks out in my head and shows how a removal job that was done in Toronto wasn’t even finished. Needless to say that home owner was glad she got a hold of us because the raccoon in questions was definitely going to get in again.

Check out what we saw during this attic inspection for raccoons

Watch the video and you’ll be able to see the little baby raccoons up close to their mother’s breast. If we just installed a 1-way door, there’s no saying what would have happened to those babies.

So what was the problem?

Thankfully in this case, there wasn’t a problem simply because of our removal process. Unlike the vast majority of removal companies in the Southwestern Ontario GTA, we don’t simply remove raccoons or other wildlife and just walk away. We perform a 100% thorough inspection of a home-owner’s attic to ensure there are no dead animals or babies that are stuck and/or potentially left behind.

Without a thorough attic inspection, we run the risk of further increasing the problem, and even putting home owners at risk. A lot of other companies don’t do attic searches and end up putting their customer’s well being at risk.

It’s most common to see baby raccoons around March and late April. We do sometimes encounter late bloomers near the end of April and early May but when it comes to baby raccoons, showing up in mid-July is quite a rarity.

If you’ve got a raccoon problem and you live in the GTA, don’t hesitate to call the experts! We’ll not only ensure your wildlife problem will be completely controlled in the most human manner, but we’ll also ensure all animals are out of your attic and that they can’t get back in!
