On March 10, 2010 our technician inspected the home of David in Oakville, Ontario.  We found a raccoon living in the attic, nesting in the insulation and preparing to have babies.  There were two large entry point through roof/soffit intersections.  On March 11 our team returned to installed a One Way Door on one of the main entry points.  All other areas were repaired and secured to complete the prevention work.  The customer reported seeing the raccoon exit from the One Way Door the following day and when she went to return to the attic she was unable to get in.  The customer watched the raccoon sit in front of the One Way Door for a few minutes before relocating and was very happy with the speed of our service.
