On June 27, 2009 we inspected a complex of townhouses in Oakville, Ontario. Our technician found a colony of bats living the attic of the complex. There were multiple points of entry through the chimneys and soffit caps. One Way Doors were installed at a number of the main entry points and prevention work was completed for the perimeter of the complex with a gaurantee against re-entry.
