On May 28, 2009 we inspected the home of Steve in Burlington, Ontario. Our technician found that squirrels were entering through a hole which they had chewed through one of the roof vents and had gained entry to the attic. Damage was consistent to the roof vents and plumbing mats. On May 29 a One Way Door was installed at the main entry point. Roof vents and plumbing mats were replaced and prevention work was completed in these areas.
Minimal contamination was found in the attic because the customer was quick to call us and the issue was resolved within 24-48 hours. The customer was satisfied with the work completed, guaranteed for prevention and no re-entry has been recorded to date.
