On May 27, 2009 we inspected the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wedad in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Our technician found a family of raccoons living in the attic. The raccoons had been using the downspouts to climb up onto the roof and were entering through a roof/soffit intersection where the soffit had been pulled open. A One Way Door was installed at the point of entry and prevention work was completed on May 28, 2009. The attic was cleared upon final inspection and no further activity has been recorded.
