On May 5, 2009 we inspected the home of Mr. Nevill in Burlington, Ontario. Our technician found a raccoon living in the attic which had gained entry through a roof vent that was pulled open. A One Way Door was installed, all roof vents were replaced and reinforced. Prevention work was completed on May 6, 2009. When the attic was inspected, our technician found a large amount of feces and urine in the insulation. All Wildlife removed the contaminated insulation and re-insulated the attic to bring it up to an R-50 value. The One Way Door was removed upon final inspection and no further raccoon activity has been recorded.
