Eviction and prevention
Steps 1 and 2
- Eviction and prevention are steps 1 and 2 of solving any wildlife problem.
- First we must find where and how many different spot an animal(s) have gain entry.
- We prefer not coming in contact with animals so we try and use one way doors instead of live trapping them.
- We screen up all possible entry ways and give a five year guarantee for all work.
- Some animals can use gaps the size of dime holes to gain entry, so we always do a thorough inspection, making sure every possible entry way is accounted for.
- We will inspect roof, wall, and gable vents, plumbing mats and stacks, soffit gaps, brick and mortar gaps, any roof damage, garage door corners, chimneys, siding and structure damage.
- Often we find that there is more than one species of animal living in one home, so we always offer a complete prevention package, where we prevent and evict all animals and give a full five year guarantee.
- We also offer a quick fix, this is highly not recommended, because animals are relentless and will always try and get back in once they’ve made a nest in your property.
- After we present you with our quote you can set a convenient date to have the work completed.
- Our highly trained and professional team will use care and treat your home like it was theirs, making the prevention as unnoticeable as possible.
Restoration and decontamination
Steps 3 and 4
- Once an animal has been evicted, now our technician can inspect your attic or nesting area to find babies and any possible damage.
- In most cases your attic will have feces, urine, and other harmful waste.
- We can remove all the waste and then decontaminate the area leaving the site clearer then it was before the animals broke in.
- Raccoons can also carry a roundworm parasite called Baylisascaris procyonis. It is very pathogenic in humans. The eggs are shed in raccoon feces and are almost indestructible. Roughly 12 people are thought to have died as a result of this parasite (mainly children)
- All Wildlife will remove all harmful waste using a very safe method with top quality equipment where applicable. Then the infected area(s) are sprayed and/or misted down with a hydrogen peroxide based liquid to destroy all bacteria not able to be removed by hand or sucker. We then fix and replace any damaged made by the animals. This includes minor roof repair, attic restoration (we can fix the attic and restore it to its original R-Value (or up to R50) , soffit repairs, and replacement of damaged items.
