It’s deep winter up here in Barrie Ontario, but the team is still out in the field removing raccoons and other wildlife from homes and attics. For the most part, once we’re removed a wild animal from your home and got control of it’s movement into your home, there’s usually some cleanup that needs to be taken care of.

In this case we were called out to a cold attic to remove a raccoon that had decided to make a home in this customer’s attic – the eviction went well, but he did leave behind a mess in the attic that needed to be addressed.

Like this Barrie attic, most attics need some type of cleanup or repair once wildlife has been evicted. When an animal gets in, and makes a home in your dwelling, they tend to reek havoc in the attic insulation and damage it to the point where it has to be removed and re-insulated.
If an attic isn’t re-insulated after wildlife damage, you can experience fluctuations in your heating and air conditioning bill – money wasted.
